About Reservation :

If you rent for more than seven days, please make a reservation as early as possible for we may give you satisfying price discount.

The reservation will be confirmed when we receive your earnest money.

About Earnest Money:

The earnest money is absolutely necessary for your reservation.

The earnest money amounts to 20% of your accommodation expense.

The earnest money cannot be returned if you cancel the reservation after you have paid.

About Check-in:

Please inform us about your arriving time at the railway station, airport or bus station. We will recommend you a best route for you to our room.

If you need a special car to receive you, we can ask a third party to provide it, but you should pay for the service.

You should pay all your rent and the deposit when you check in. If you have paid the earnest money in advance, we will deduct it from your rent.

The deposit ranges from 300 RMB to 1000 RMB according to the conditions of the house or the time you rent it. The better the condition or the longer the time, the more the deposit you should pay. We will inform you the amount of the deposit when you check in.

You should show us your valid identification when you check in otherwise we can not provide any service

If you rent for more than seven days, you should go through the formalities according to the local police is regulations on transient population. We will provide correlating advices or helps.

We do not provide any washing articles of everyday use. Please make sure you prepare them. We provide cooking utensils, but no seasoning such as salt, oil or vinegar .

The fee you paid including 5 RMB for your everyday use of water, electricity and gas. We will record the numbers on the measuring meters when you check in.

About Check-out:

Please inform us the specific time when you check out in one days advance. We will arrive your room on time.

Please tide up your luggage before the promissory time. We will check up the facilities in the room, and return your deposit if there is nothing wrong.

Please pay for the use of water, electricity and gas that has exceeded our ration.

We will maintain the facilities in your room. But you need to compensate us if you destroy them.

About Check-out Ahead of Schedule:

Please make sure how long you will rent our flat before you check in and had better not change the time.

If you checkout ahead of schedule, we have the right not to return your rents according to the contract you sign with us.

Please inform us as early as you could if your want to change the rent time.

About Safety:

Please use each household appliances and electrical outlet with safety. Do not forget to close the doors, windows and gas fittings before sleeping.

Do not leave the valuables in the room when you go off.

Although each flat of ours has good safeguard, please keep the necessary consciousness of safety anytime.
